Mr. Adams is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Priam Capital, providing leadership and direction for the firm in connection with capital markets, investment management, and investor relations.
Mr. Adams started his career in private equity real estate as a member of his family’s Board, where he spent considerable time working with institutional funds in structuring and dispositions across asset classes. He has been an active member of the Institute of Private Investors / Campden for five years, and recently joined the Board of Next Gen Advisory Faculty, a program designed to support next generation family members in preparing the following generation for the responsibility of being a steward of the family wealth. Mr. Adams is on the Advisory Committee for the Southeastern Family Office Forum and on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Dolphins and for Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
He is a former practicing attorney, earning his J.D. from Suffolk University and his B.A. from Wesleyan University with Honors.
Mr. Mathur is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Priam Capital, providing guidance for the firm in acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets.
Mr. Mathur has represented institutional investors and plan sponsors in connection with raising over $5 billion for real estate private equity funds, separately managed accounts, and co-managed structures. He started his career at Kirkland & Ellis L.L.P., where he worked with real estate private equity funds providing fund formation services. Mr. Mathur was then a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Brock Capital, a boutique investment bank, in New York. He has acted as the Sponsor of a $125M core real estate portfolio on behalf of a pension plan which included structuring, asset managing, and leasing of the entire portfolio. In addition, he represented a special servicer in connection with the bankruptcy of an apartment portfolio which was sold to institutional purchasers at a valuation of ~$600M as part of a multi-party CMBS assumption during a court-run bankruptcy process.
Mr. Mathur holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from New York University, School of Law.
Mr. Beard is an Associate with Priam Capital, where he leads acquisition due-diligence and provides assistance in asset management and capital markets.
Prior to joining Priam, Mr. Beard was an Associate with Turner & Associates Realty, a Nashville based firm, where he provided support in acquisitions and asset management for retail and mixed-use assets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. In addition, Mr. Beard handled leasing and property management for value-add properties across the company’s regional portfolio. He began his career at Morgan Keegan & Co. prior to gaining experience in business development at a start-up in New York.
Mr. Beard earned his B.A. from the University of Tennessee. He is an active member of NAIOP, is a CCIM Institute candidate, and is involved a number of philanthropic organizations in Middle and West Tennessee.
Mr. Peacock is an Associate with Priam Capital, where he provides due diligence, underwriting and asset management support.
Prior to joining Priam, Mr. Peacock worked with two real estate firms in his home town of San Antonio: Birnbuam Property Company and Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, LTD. At BPC, Mr. Peacock was a part of the leasing and development teams, creating market surveys and updating in-house models. At Travis Commercial, Mr. Peacock worked with the leasing and Investment Sales teams, utilizing Argus Valuation Software to analyze and interpret multiple Investment Sales projects as well as providing key market research to help land the listing rights to the $142 million Frost Tower (San Antonio’s first office tower construction since 1989).
Mr. Peacock earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and is working towards his Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M. He is an Eagle Scout, is REFM certified and is a member of multiple philanthropic organizations in San Antonio.
Mr. Hague is an Analyst with Priam Capital and is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Priam, Mr. Hague spent six years playing professional baseball in the Washington Nationals Organization. In addition to his baseball career, he worked with a family office in his hometown of Houston, TX, where he provided assistance in manager due diligence.
Mr. Hague earned his B.S. from Rice University, is an active member of the Church of the City in Nashville, and is a Coordinator with the Montgomery Bell Academy baseball program.
R. William Pradat Jr. - President, Cushman & Wakefield, EGS Commercial Real Estate
Mr. Pradat joined Cushman & Wakefield, EGS Commercial Real Estate as a partner in 2010. Mr. Pradat supervises all aspects of the company’s operations, including a property management portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail space throughout the greater Birmingham area and Alabama. Mr. Pradat has been in the real estate industry since 1984, previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Colonial Properties Trust, a New York Stock Exchange REIT, headquartered in Birmingham.
Dr. John Morris - Chief Medical Officer, Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network
Dr. Morris is the Chief Medical Officer of the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network. He is responsible for introducing the concepts of population health to the network of over 3,000 clinicians and 50 hospitals. Dr. Morris has a long history of involvement with population health: he has been instrumental in the organization and implementation of trauma systems on local, regional, and national levels. At Vanderbilt, he founded or co-founded numerous clinical programs: the Level 1 Trauma Center, Lifeflight, Emergency Medicine, Surgical Critical Care, Emergency General Surgery, and the Trauma Survivors Network.
Michael A. Koban Jr. - President, Lindenhurst Capital
Mr. Koban is the Founder of Lindenhurst Capital, a merchant banking firm. Previously, Mr. Koban was President and Chief Executive Officer of Iroquois Capital Group, a merchant banking firm; Chairman of the Board of Covenant Surgical Partners, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NetCare Health Systems, an owner and operator of acute care hospitals with $250 million in revenue. Prior to that, Mr. Koban was a member of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of HealthTrust Inc., a multi-billion dollar NYSE hospital management company.
Abhinav Somani - Managing Director of Family Office
Mr. Somani is a dedicated investment professional with years of Wall Street and consulting experience. Mr. Somani’s experiences include Rothschild Investment Bank and ICV Partners / American Securities, where he led a turnaround of operations for one of the largest air cargo handlers in the world and the
second largest Puerto Rican dialysis operation. His core areas of focus are transportation & logistics, commercial real estate, and healthcare. Mr. Somani graduated with a degree in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors at 16 Park Avenue and is the founder of one of New York City's largest non-profit off-broadway dance productions.
Montgomery G. Turner, CCIM - Principal, Turner & Associates Realty, Inc.
Mr. Turner is the Founder and Principal of Turner & Associates Realty, Inc., a Nashville based real estate company that focuses on commercial development, management, and brokerage. Over the course of his career, Mr. Turner has served as the principal developer for over 250 properties across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. He is the former President of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of CCIM, a former Member of the Nashville Metro Stormwater Management Committee, the former Chairman/ Director for the Greater Nashville Association of Relators Commercial Division, and is the current Chairman of the Board for the YMCA Community Action Project (YCAP).
